"Releases can be a little delayed"
Overall, my experience has been good, but, you know, releases do sometimes slip a bit. It’s not a huge deal most of the time, but it can be a little frustrating when you’re expecting something to go live and it gets pushed back. Still, the team seems to be working on things, so I’d just say communication around timing could be a bit better.

"I really like the shows overall, but…"
I really like the shows overall, but I’m not totally sure what’s going on with the downloads. Sometimes they download really quickly, and other times they just stop or I have to restart them. It’s not the worst thing, but it can be kind of annoying when I’m trying to listen right away.

"Release order was easier than I expected"
I found the release order quickly, which surprised me. After dealing with so many confusing pages before, I don’t really trust these things to be straightforward anymore, but this one was actually easy to follow with no real confusion

"I ordered a couple of Big..."
I ordered a couple of Big Finish CDs and, unless I’m remembering the delivery estimate wrong, they arrived faster than I expected. I always get a bit nervous about CDs in the post because cracked cases seem like the sort of thing that would happen to me, but these were packed well and turned up with no dents or damage.
Everything was still sealed, and the discs played fine when I checked them. It was a straightforward order, so maybe there isn’t much to say, but it all went smoothly and I’m happy with it.

"Great Doctor Who stories, even if I have a few gripes"
I’ve been listening to their Doctor Who audios for years now, they really do get the feel of the show right. The stories usually sound like they could actually be part of the series, not just random fan-made stuff thrown together. That said, I do wish some releases weren’t so expensive, and I really wish the release schedule felt a bit easier to keep up with. It gets annoying having to figure out what to buy next, and yeah, the prices can be annoying too. Still, the quality is there, and that’s why I keep coming back.

"Honestly, they won me over"
I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but Big Finish really does a great job with its casting. The main actors are strong, of course, but even the smaller side roles feel like they’ve been properly thought through. It’s also genuinely nice hearing old favourites come back, even if I wanted to be a bit more skeptical about it. Some of the choices seem a little unexpected at first, but more often than not, they end up working. Hard to argue with it, 5 stars from me.

"Always Something New to Check Out"
Big Finish has a really impressive range of titles, so I pretty much always find something new that catches my interest. The site is straightforward enough to browse, which makes the whole experience nice and easy. the Doctor Who releases are what keep pulling me back in.

I remember feeling stressed when the issue first popped up, but support got back to me faster than I expected. After one quick follow-up, they had it fixed, and I felt so relieved. It turned a frustrating moment into a positive experience.

"Not gonna lie, super easy for a newbie"
Not gonna lie, I’m still new to Big Finish and I thought it was going to be really confusing to figure out where to start. But the site actually made it easy to find a good entry point. My downloads worked without any issues, and I appreciated that there was clear info before I bought anything. There’s still a ton to choose from, but it felt way less overwhelming than I expected.

"Emails are just right"
Not gonna lie, I appreciate that Big Finish doesn’t flood my inbox. I get enough emails to stay in the loop about sales and new releases, but it’s not an everyday thing. It’s easy to keep up with, and I never feel annoyed by them.

I don’t remember every little detail, but I do remember the actors sounding great. Their performances made it really easy to get pulled into the whole thing.

"Solid DRM-free downloads, site’s a bit meh"
I do like that Big Finish offers DRM-free downloads, and having a few format options is handy. It makes it way easier to keep everything on my own devices without any hassle. That said, the site can feel kinda clunky sometimes, and finding what I’m looking for isn’t always super smooth. It’s not bad at all, just kinda average for me.

I use bigfinish.com every so often, it’s straightforward to get around. The search is decent—actually, I’d say it works well for what I need, and the categories are laid out in a way that makes sense, so I’m not clicking around forever trying to find a release. Checkout was simple too, and the account/downloads section was clear once I got there. A few pages can feel a little busy, but overall it’s a smooth site and I haven’t really had any problems using it.

"I mostly come to Big Finish for the…"
I mostly come to Big Finish for the main stories, but the bonus content has been a surprisingly great little extra. The interviews and behind-the-scenes bits are super easy to listen to and never feel like they’re just there to pad things out. A few of them actually made me appreciate the stories way more, like I’d unlocked some secret level of enjoyment. Overall, I’m really happy with it and don’t have any real complaints.

"Nice to have options"
I like how flexible it is. Some days I’m excited to grab a bundle when it feels worth it, and other times I’m just like, nope, I only want to keep up with the ranges I actually follow through a subscription. It’s a relief not feeling boxed into one way of buying. Catching up on audios used to feel kind of irritating, but this makes it way easier

"Pretty Good Value Overall"
I’ve been using Big Finish for a while now, the prices seem fair for what you get. Some of it can feel a little pricey at first, but to be fair, the stories are usually long, well-made, and the sales make a big difference. I’ve picked up a few bundles and never really felt like I got ripped off. Overall, I’m happy with it

I’ve been using my account on Big Finish for a while now, usually when I’m checking what I bought or re-downloading something before a long drive, and it’s been smooth. My library is easy to find, purchases are where I expect them to be, and I haven’t had to dig around a bunch just to get to my downloads. I did have to update my details once, I think it was after changing a card or something, and that was straightforward too. it’s just nice when a website works the way you assume it will.
